Well, it's a new color anyway.
We went to Bellingham in late August to help celebrate Loren's 85th birthday. The people on the left are Julie's son, Jeremy and his wife, Beckie.
The party was hosted by Andy & Erin Vitaljic, long-time friends of Loren, at their beautiful home on Sandy Point, a few miles south of Ferndale.

I didn't see his cake in the other pictures! They got an image of his boat on there! That's pretty neat. Mom's car looks great and - gasp! - she now has the newest car!!! But someone should fill her in on the latest gizmos as she told me that she was unsure of the blinking red light left on on her dash after she had turned off the car (her alarm) and of the random display of letters, N NE S W SE, appearing on her dash (her compass). Someone help that woman! Hehe :).
